One trained installer
Every install is run solo by a trained specialist with 500+ jobs under their belt. No apprentices, no rotating crew. The same person who knows what they're doing is the person standing in your customer's room.

On-site assembly from delivered components
Once the table's at the customer's address, our installer takes it from there. Frame assembled, slate seated, rails fitted, pockets attached. Everything's brought up to install-ready before the cloth goes on.

Slate levelling to ±0.005″
Three-piece slate levelled with shims and a precision spirit level across six axis points. Tournament tolerance is ±0.020″. We work to a quarter of that. Re-checked after rails are mounted.

Tournament-tight cloth recovery
Cloth supplied with the table is stretched and fitted with calibrated tension. Diamond pattern in the corner pockets. If you supply rolls of specific brands (Simonis, Strachan, Iwan), we can store them at our depot in your name.

Cushion bounce-test
All six cushions tested for rebound during the install. Dead or hardened rubber identified and photographed. Replacement cushions can be added on the spot at parts cost, or flagged back to you to decide.

Accessory install
Cue rack mounted (wall or freestanding), ball set racked and tested, chalk and bridge placed, light hung if supplied. Customer walked through care of the cloth and signs off before our installer leaves.

2 completion photos
A wide shot of the finished table and a close-up of the play surface, delivered to your inbox within 2 hours of completion. Useful for your records, customer reviews, and any future disputes.

Customer-signed satisfaction survey
The customer signs a short satisfaction survey at the end of the install, confirming level, cloth, accessories, and overall finish meet expectations. Our installer doesn't leave until it's signed. Sent to your inbox with the completion photos.

Honest list. The flat pre-paid fee works because the scope is fixed and predictable. Anything below is either yours to handle or available as a separately-quoted add-on.

Delivery
Your freight, your timing. Get the table to the customer's address. We arrive after it's there.

Dismantle of customer's existing table
If your customer has an old table to remove, that's a separate booking handled by your delivery crew or quoted as an add-on.

Rubbish removal
All packaging, pallets, off-cuts and waste stay on-site for the customer to manage. Our installer doesn't take anything away.

Customer-facing sales
Your customer is yours. We never quote follow-up work, upsell accessories, or hand out business cards.

Specialist craft work. Quoted separately if requested.

Stair install (4+ flights)
Buildings without a lift, over 4 flights of stairs. Second installer dispatched to assist with slate. Flagged at booking time.
Restricted access
Narrow doorways, tight stairwells, complex paths to install location. Identified during pre-qualification with photos or measurements.
Cloth supply
Don't want to manage cloth stock? We hold Simonis, Strachan and Iwan in your colours at our depot and bill at cost + handling.
Cushion rubber replacement
Full set of new cushions fitted on the spot when the bounce-test fails. K66, K55 and K868 stocked. Diagnosed during the standard install.
Branded crew shirts
Supply your branded shirts and we'll dispatch our installer in them for your jobs. Useful for premium retailers who want the customer experience fully co-branded.
