Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 June 2026. Pro Installs Australia(“we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your personal information and handling it in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

1 · What we collect

When you book or enquire about an install, we collect:

  • Your name, email address and phone number
  • The installation address and access details
  • Details about your pool table (size, type, condition)
  • Photos you upload of the table and access path
  • For trade partners: business name, role and contact details
  • Any notes you choose to provide

We do not collect payment card details. Payments are handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor; we never see or store your card numbers.

2 · How we use it

  • To quote, confirm, schedule and complete your installation
  • To contact you about your booking and arrange access
  • To issue invoices and process payment
  • To keep a record of the completed job (completion photos and a signed satisfaction survey)
  • To respond to enquiries and provide support

3 · Who we share it with

We only share what's necessary to deliver your install:

  • The assigned installer, so they can carry out the job
  • Our payment processor, to issue and collect the invoice
  • Service providers that host our booking records and files
  • Where the booking was placed by a retailer on your behalf, that retailer

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

4 · Storage & security

Your information is stored on secured, access-controlled systems provided by reputable cloud services. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

5 · How long we keep it

We keep booking records and completion proof for as long as needed to provide the service, meet our legal and tax obligations, and resolve any disputes. When it's no longer required, we take steps to delete or de-identify it.

6 · Your rights

You can ask us to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing partners@pro-installs.com.au. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
