You book the install.

Email, partner portal, or CSV. Customer address, table model, accessory list. Flat fee is pre-paid at booking.

STEP 02

You arrange delivery.

Get the table to the customer's address: your freight, your timing. We don't move tables; we install them.

STEP 03

Our installer arrives.

Solo specialist, plain uniform, unbranded gear. Assembles, levels, recovers, fits accessories. Around 2 hours on-site.

STEP 04

Proof + survey.

2 completion photos and the customer-signed satisfaction survey emailed to you within 2 hours of finishing.

Wait, one installer per job? Aren't pool tables heavy?
Slate sections weigh 50–90kg each. Our installers use trolleys, lifts, and proper technique to handle them solo, the same way they've handled 500+ before this one. If a job genuinely needs two hands (rare, e.g. an upstairs install in a tight stairwell), we'll flag it at booking and bring a second pair.
Do you deliver the table?
No. Delivery is your responsibility: your freight company, your timing. We arrive after the table's at the customer's address and install from there. It keeps our pricing flat and our schedule predictable.
Can you really white-label?
Yes. Plain uniform, unbranded gear, no business cards, no upsell. The installer signs your customer's job card with your company name.
What does it cost?
Flat fee per metro, per table size, set to your volume. Paid up-front when you book. No invoicing, no chasing. We set you up the same day with your full rate card.
